To enjoy all the features the new DETEL Website has to offer, you should register now for your very own User Account. Registering with DETEL will give you access to Special Offers, New Product Alerts, News and Event Updates, and other great benefits. Registered users also have the ability to store and edit account information for quick reference, as well as submit and save sales quote requests online.

In order to submit quote requests online, your first step is to register with our site. To place an order with DETEL you can either submit a quote request online or call 1-866-336-3511. Currently, we do not accept actual purchase orders online. However, this may change in the near future so it is best to register with the site so we can keep you updated of any changes.

If you are already registered with our new website you may begin adding items to your Shopping Cart at any time.


To register with our site, please click on the "register" link near the top right-hand corner of the page. This will bring you to an online form where you will need to enter the following information:

• Your Full Name
• The Name of Your Organization
• Your Email Address
• And Your New Password

Click “Submit Registration” to send your request to DETEL Website Administrators. You will receive an email notification to let you know that your request has been received by DETEL. Shortly thereafter you should receive an email confirmation to let you know your account has been activated. At this point, you can return to the site to login and begin filling your cart!


Upon activation of your account, you will be assigned to a user profile designation that will dictate your account status with the DETEL website. For example, if you qualify as a *State Contract User, you will be assigned a State Contract User Account. It is important to fill out as much information as possible when registering so that we assign you the appropriate account designation for your organization and region. The next time you log in you will see your account designation near the top right-hand corner of the page. If you have any questions or if you feel you have been assigned an account designation that does not apply to you, please contact DETEL Customer Service at 1-866-DETEL-11 during regular office hours (M-F 7:30AM-4:30PM).

*Please Note: State Contract Users must be in compliance with Louisiana and/or Mississippi State Contract regulations. Refer to the State Contract Guidelines page for your state or region to ensure compliance.

Once your account has been activated, you are welcome to begin adding products* to your Shopping Cart.
